The two cleats made hanging this a one-person job—no wrestling the mirror into place. Screws are beefy and the mount feels rock-solid against the wall, so I’m not worried about it shifting at all.
The 100 lb. weight capacity gave me total peace of mind when I hung my heavy vanity mirror, and the extra screws were a nice touch. Both cleats lined up perfectly with the pre-drilled holes, so the whole thing felt rock solid within minutes.
Took me maybe 20 minutes to get both cleats aligned on the studs, and the five large screws felt reassuringly sturdy going in. The whole setup holds my 15-pound mirror without a hint of wiggle, so the 100 lb. rating gives me plenty of peace of mind for future upgrades.
