The compact size fits right in my carry-on, and the LED bulbs made doing my makeup in a dim hotel room actually possible. I packed it full of brushes and bottles, and the zipper held up fine through the whole trip.
The LED lights are genuinely bright enough to see what I'm doing in a dim hotel bathroom, which is rare for a case this small. It's compact but somehow fits my daily makeup bag without squeezing everything.
